Tillyard’s Alberta branch is located in Calgary’s downtown business district, at 715 5th Avenue S.W.. Here, Tillyard Calgary oversees the leasing, maintenance and all the other elements associated with the exceptional property management of this office tower. Tillyard Calgary is actively working to effectively address climate change through some key initiatives, such as the reduction of wasted energy in our HVAC equipment, our mechanical power systems, our chilled water system, our building cooling system, and our heating system. We turn off air conditioning and all the lights in the building at 6 pm unless otherwise directed, and we have installed motion detectors to turn lights on and off in all the washrooms. We have installed low flush toilets and urinals and, where possible, sinks have motion sensors and flow restrictors. Our windows are coated to reduce heat gain and loss.
We are active recyclers of paper products, electronic products, and single serving coffee containers through our partners, Planet Coffee Company, and the common area carpet tiles are made from recycled material. Finally, we use a day-time cleaning service to reduce the use of after-hours lighting, and our cleaning products are green.

We have instituted a electronic maintenance request system that allows our tenants to submit their maintenance requests online. This efficiency saves paper and brings any matters of concern immediately to the attention of the experienced staff at Tillyard Calgary. We do prioritize certain requests, but aim to have all problems, large and small, resolved within 24 hours.
